The first vineyard to be listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Saint-Émilion has a long and rich history: its prosperity was confirmed in the 12th century, under the occupation of Jean Sans Terre, when the Jurade, responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the town’s wine production, was created.
Now world-renowned, Saint-Émilion’s red wines are renowned for their exceptional quality, and are classified into two main appellations: Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, including the “grands crus classés”. The Maison du Vin in Saint-Émilion is an interactive museum, a wine school, a tasting room and the official wine store for the Saint-Emilion appellation.

Here you can choose from over 450 crus and vintages sold at estate prices. You can also take an estate tour to discover the wine-making process from vine to cellar, and taste and buy wines directly from the estate.
